At Blacksands Paradise Body Butters, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted products. Because our items are handmade, personal-care products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds to ensure customer safety and product integrity.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of body care products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Opened or used products
Body butters, body oils, scrubs, or skincare items
Custom or made-to-order items

This policy is in place for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to help.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

A replacement item
Store credit
A refund (in rare cases)

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Blacksands Paradise Body Butters is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has been marked as delivered by the carrier.

We recommend:

Double-checking your shipping address
Using secure delivery locations

If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Shipping Fees

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require an additional shipping fee to resend

Allergy & Sensitivity Disclaimer

All ingredients are listed to the best of our ability. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients before use.

We recommend performing a patch test prior to full use. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once production or shipping begins, the order cannot be canceled.
